TERMS & CONDITIONS

Farm Tour

  • At least the minimum payment is required to reserve your session.

  • You always can change how many people are part of your reservation, (children under 5 are free) and we will adjust accordingly.

Cancellation​

  • Up to 2 weeks before your visit we will refund your payment minus $10.00 for administrative costs

  • Up to 2 days before the visit we will refund your payment minus the base price

  • There is no refund for cancellation within 48 hours of your reservation

Reschdule

  • Up to 2 weeks before the visit we will reschedule your visit at no extra cost

  • Please note, we do not reschedule past the 2 weeks notice.

Farm Stay
  • Full payment is required at time of booking 

  • Up to 1 month before your reservation, we will refund your payment minus $10.00  administration fee.

  • Up to 2 weeks before your reservation, we will refund your payment minus $50.00 for administration fee.

  • Up to 1 week before your reservation, we will refund 50% of your payment or work with you to find another date for rescheduling at no extra cost.

  • There is no refund for cancellation withing 1 week of your reservation

Alpaca Picnic

  • Limited admission and pre-booking is recommended.

  • Walk-ins on the day of the picnic are welcome, as long as there are spots available.

  • Up to 2 weeks before your visit we will refund your payment minus 10% for administrative costs.

  • You always can reschedule for another Alpaca Picnic Day or talk to us about another solution.
